Return and Refund Policy

All sales are final. Scribe Woodworking does not accept discretionary returns or exchanges.

Digital downloads cannot be returned or refunded after delivery. If a purchased file is missing, corrupted, duplicated, or materially different from what was ordered, contact john@scribedesign.co so we can provide a replacement or appropriate correction.

Custom, personalized, and made-to-order physical products are non-returnable. If a physical order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact john@scribedesign.co within seven days of delivery with the order number and photographs so we can review the issue and provide an appropriate remedy.

Nothing in this policy limits rights provided by applicable law.
